About the US Division of Perceptions Press
Dear Readers, Partners, and Authors,
I want to welcome you. Our U.S. Division of Perceptions Press serves as the administrative, operational, and strategic center of our hybrid publishing model. We oversee the business and production systems that support authors throughout the publishing process, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and alignment with industry best practices.
Our responsibilities include managing author contracts, coordinating rights and permissions, overseeing print and production, fulfilling orders, and supporting distribution efforts. We collaborate closely with authors and partner imprints to ensure each project progresses smoothly from manuscript to market, while maintaining clear communication and ethical publishing standards.
As part of our hybrid publishing model, the U.S. Division also manages brand identity, digital footprint, and social media strategies that align with the mission, ensuring marketing and outreach genuinely reflect both the author’s voice and Perceptions Press’s core values. Instead of a one-size-fits-all promotion, we provide tailored marketing strategies designed to highlight each book’s unique audience and purpose.
Guided by our mission to empower authors, we work with editors, designers, coaches, and marketing experts to provide comprehensive publishing services, including developmental and copy editing, writing mentorship, creative cover design, and strategic marketing advice. Our goal isn’t to control an author’s story but to amplify it, maintaining authenticity while meeting professional publishing standards.
At its core, the U.S. Division of Perceptions Press, guided by All Gender Press, published internationally acclaimed author Kurt W. Oster, MSW, LCSW, exists to connect creativity and commerce, supporting authors as partners, respecting intellectual property, and helping meaningful stories reach readers in ways that are both impactful and sustainable.
